  • What: The aim of this study was to devise a novel approach for distinguishing between honey samples (acacia honey, honeydew honey, linden honey, monofloral honey, polyfloral honey, and sunflower honey) by integrating physicochemical data (glucose, fructose, and sucrose content; acidity; electrical conductivity; moisture content; diastase activity; and insoluble matter content) as an analytical tool with a cANN model.
