HIGHLIGHTS

• What: The aim of this study is to discover novel loci associated with C13 ratio and to confirm loci previously identified through GWAM (Dhanapal et_al, 2015a; Kaler et_al, 2017a; Chamarthi et_al, 2023) and/or linkage mapping (Bazzer et_al, 2020a, Bazzer et_al, 2020b) using a new panel of 205 diverse soybean maturity group (MG) IV accessions.
