SUMMARY
Imaging quality and preprocessing procedures are crucial to obtain robust and reliable tractography for neurosurgery. Despite having a few helpful workstations provided by the magnetic_resonance imaging (MRI) machine vendors and powerful software (such as MRtrix3, FSL, DSI-studio, 3D-Slicer, etc.) used for reconstructing neural tractography, complicated processing procedures, and reconstructing reliability have hindered its clinical applications, especially for neurosurgery.
