  • what: The authors show that the activity of autophagy increases in H2O2 or RasV12-induced senescent fibroblasts. The experiment shown is a representative experiment of a minimum of three independent experiments. The authors showed that FoxO3A activation protects cells from apoptosis in senescence process; this is achieved, at least partly, by up-regulating autophagy activity.
