HIGHLIGHTS
- What: The aim of the study was to identify noninvasive test parameters and symptoms specifically associated with DU, in contrary to BOO. The authors have proposed a novel approach for noninvasive testing to be utilized clinically for the prediction of DU in males with non-neurogenic LUTS, when differentiating from BOO. Despite these limitations, the authors believe that the study provides valuable insight, particularly given the scarcity of research differentiating DU from BOO based on symptoms and noninvasive test parameters, without reliance on PFS outcomes.
