Azimuthally differential pion femtoscopy in pb-pb collisions at = 2 tev

  • who: PRL and colleagues from the constantThe relative amplitudes of oscillations only weakly depend on kT, with the side-radii oscillation slightly increasing with kT . The final-state source eccentricity, estimated via side-radius oscillations, is noticeably smaller than at lower collisions energies, but still exhibits an out-ofplane elongated source at freeze-out even after a stronger in-plane expansion. The final eccentricity is slightly larger than that predicted by existing hydrodynamic calculations.
