SUMMARY
The aim of this research was to design and validate an observational instrument for measuring badminton skills in assessing the technique and tactics of motion in badminton players reliably, practically, and effectively. More than 50% of respondents, both expert teams and badminton players, 88% of respondents` answers believe that the cybernetic-based badminton skills diagnostic model (BSDM) instrument model contributes to improving practical and effective badminton assessment and skills.
