The authors selected five feature encoding methods, including amino_acid composition (AAC), dipeptide composition (DPC), composition of k-spaced amino_acid group pairs (CKSAAGP, k=3), pseudo-amino_acid composition (PAAC) and grouped amino_acid composition (GAAC) to extract the characteristics of peptide sequence.
