• What: This work provides a comparison of three of the most popular electrical models available in pvlib-python that can estimate the full IV characteristic of bifacial PV modules. The authors thereby aim to answer the research question, how accurately modellers are able to reproduce the full IV curve of PV modules under the limitation that datasheet specifications are used.
