- What: Starting from the issues of historiography in Indonesia`s military history mentioned above, this research aims to present the experiences and daily realities of peacekeeping troops by exploring the memories of the veteran peacekeepers of the Garuda contingent who served in the Middle East in the 1970s within the Indonesian Veterans Legion (LVRI) of Jambi Province.
