- what: The authors demonstrate that a clinically relevant LiFUS regimen significantly increases the therapeutic efficacy of Pax and Doxil in a preclinical model of TNBC brain metastasis through BTB disruption. While the study demonstrates increased therapeutic efficacy of combinatorial chemotherapy with LiFUS, there are a few limitations.
