SUMMARY

    On the one hand, the help-seeking posts reflected the offline difficulties and the real emotions of help-seekers during the lockdown. Given that, this study investigated the concrete demands and features of help-seeking posts during the lockdown, including help-seeking typology, narrative mode, narrative subject, and emotional valence.
