The verso contains two healing texts: an incomplete prayer for deafness (C ll. 1-7) and an unclear fragmentary one (D ll. There are several reasons why it is appropriate to categorise this text as being a part of a codex with "magical" rather than purely medical content - the fumigation recipe does not contain only a medical procedure and the ingredients for it, but also requires a prayer to be recited.
