    Research has been conducted on the relationships among authentic leadership, organizational performance, and outcome variables, including several theoretical (George, 2003; Avolio et_al, 2004; Gardner et_al, 2005; Ilies et_al, 2005) and empirical studies (e_g, Walumbwa et_al, 2010; Laschinger et_al, 2015; Leroy et_al, 2015). The research results have demonstrated that authentic leadership has a positive influence on members` performance and organizational effectiveness (Price, 2003; Walumbwa et_al, 2007; Yammarino et_al, 2008; Zhu et_al, 2011).
