    Deep brain stimulation (DBS) of the globus pallidus internus (GPi) has become the standard treatment for dystonia. The authors therefore, would like to present a case of metoclopramide-induced TDD with dystonia and dyskinesia after metoclopramide administration. facial muscles including blepharospasm, orofacial dyskinesias with tongue movements, involvement of occipital and cervical muscles with prominent rippling scalp movements . . .
