Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a familiar form and approximately 90% of all the liver cancers. Biomarkers of miRNAs, genes, and lncRNAs have previously been reported in HCC patients. The liver is an important organ in terms of immunity, where HCC cells can inhibit the immune system, leading to tumor cell proliferation and immunodeficiency. The immune microenvironment has been recognized to promote HCC metastasis and development, which has been shown to be correlated with poor prognosis in HCC.
