  • Who: . and collaborators from the Democritus University of Thrace, Greece have published the paper: Cell-speci c gene networks and drivers in rheumatoid arthritis synovial tissues, in the Journal: (JOURNAL)
  • How: Another interesting cell population that emerged from the analysis were eosinophils which were almost absent in RA tissues compared to OA and healthy controls. Namely the authors identified genes associated with published RA signatures and used them in the key driver analysis (KDA) framework.
