- How: In this study sinus vein thrombosis MTX therapy and previous fungal CNS infection were considered etiologic causes. In this study because of the remarkable improvement in clinical and MRI findings in Case 16 who was started on voriconazole biopsy was abandoned and aspergillosis was considered an infectious agent.
