  • What: This study examines the experiences of public primary school principals in Istanbul in implementing school improvement strategies addressing and assessing the outcomes of their efforts. Design This study employed a qualitative case study design, focusing on the real-world experiences of school principals to address the research objectives and sub-objectives.
