- how: The mRNA and miRNA expression microarray and DNA dataset were obtained from the GEO database. DNA methylation data were obtained using the accession number GSE119539. The exported results are shown in the form of heatmaps. The GO enrichment results showed that genes with low expression overlapping with highly expressed miRNAs were primarily related to cell cycle regulation and chromosome regulation.
