    Although it is possible to make a prediction of the possible nonribosomal peptides (NRPs) based on the adenylation domains, it is still difficult to accurately predict which of these putative NRPs are correct, mainly due to the post-assembly modifications of amino_acids carried out by decoration genes present in the BGC.
