SUMMARY
For all cell types, cell pellets obtained using centrifugation were resuspended in 1%, 5%, and 10% DMSO in Normosol-R at a concentration of at least 25 million cells/mL, transferred into Corning tubes and incubated at room temperature for 30 min before Raman imaging.
