HIGHLIGHTS
- who: Akt and collaborators from the United States Jiaotong University, China have published the research: Chemical signaling in the developing avian retina: Focus on cyclic AMP and AKT-dependent pathways, in the Journal: (JOURNAL)
- future: Regarding the A2b receptor little is known about its presence in the chicken retina and further studies are needed for a better characterization of this receptor and its effects in this animal model. Although these are promising results more studies are still needed to show the roles played by the A3-type adenosine receptor in the retina.
