• What: The authors aim to emphasise the phenotype of CMMRD, the characteristics of the cancers that develop in these patients, and the potential benefits of haematopoietic stem_cell transplantation in CMMRD syndrome patients. Based on the example of the siblings that the authors presented in this paper, HSCT can be carried out in CMMRD patients without serious complications.
