Clinical outcomes and predictors of poor prognosis in non-aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage: a 10-year cohort analysis

  • What: Given the limited research on naSAH, this study aims to characterize these patients and correlate clinical and radiographic findings with outcomes. Since the study assessed outcomes only at three months, further research is needed to determine whether these associations persist over a longer term. Vasospasm rates were lower in this study compared to others, with 5.4% for radiographic vasospasm and 3.4% for clinical vasospasm.
