SUMMARY
Overall, studies using semi-artificial and AGL (see Goo et_al, 2015 for a meta-analysis) report that participants (usually young adults) obtain better language (Wong et_al, 2019; see Nilsson et_al, 2021 for a review) and after a lifetime of speaking more than one language (Bialystok et_al, 2016; but see Papageorgiou et_al, 2019 for a different view).
