SUMMARY
Previous studies suggest poor data sharing in infrastructure projects as a critical element that can adversely affect the collaboration of project parties. To realize data sharing in IOCs, an awareness from infrastructure owners of the power of data, especially in the early stages of the project, and the importance of organizing and structuring the data, are needed.
