  • What: The authors evaluate the possibility of using ISFET to recognize the fingerprints of molecules adsorbed at the surface and eventually assist in protein sequencing. The authors propose a novel way of using restricted vocabulary transformers in drug discovery. The model is flexible and can be applied to various biomolecules. The aim of this work is to be able to predict a sequence of AA in a protein or oligopeptide.
