• What: An experimental study was conducted to assess the diagnostic accuracy of Gemini Advanced, Gemini, and Bard for comprehensive case report series. The authors focused on a comprehensive series of case reports from the American Journal of Case Reports, covering a broad range of medical fields. The dataset of differential diagnosis generated by AI systems in this study, alongside the final diagnosis, are shown in Multimedia Appendix 2.
