Comparing species richness and abundance of bumble bees between urban and natural areas using a photographic survey approach

• What: Specifically, the objectives of this study were to provide baseline data on species richness, diversity, and relative abundance of bumble bees occurring in urban and natural areas of PEI to assess the usefulness of photographic surveys for monitoring bumble bee populations; and_(3) to compare the diversity and composition of bumble bee communities between urban and natural areas of PEI.
