- What: This study discusses the potential of CPS instrument within the educational system based on the SCORE model-a strategy-based framework. The aim of this concept paper is to introduce and elaborate on the strategy-based assessment of complex problem-solving using the SCORE model. The study focuses on how this model can empower educational systems to produce students with strong problemsolving capabilities, ultimately contributing to the creation of a highly skilled workforce aligned with the needs of the 21st century.
