• What: One of the major reasons of selecting JAK3 is that the deficiency of this particular protein could avoid the adverse toxic effect damaging other tissues whereas deficiency of JAK1 and JAK2 could be lethal to human body . From the above results the authors can infer that the compounds included in the study have some reciprocity with the protein . The results showed that drugs in the study had more affinity towards JAK3 than JAK1 and JAK2.
