- what: The authors report a compound defect of ABCC2 and UGT1A1 genes causing DJS and GS in a Han Chinese family, which are not exactly the same mutations as identified in reported dual-hereditary jaundice patients . The proband in the study had 50 years of dual jaundice yet did not develop into severe liver-related disease.
