HIGHLIGHTS
- What: The authors aimed to assess the effectiveness of a commercially available, low-cost, portable, and user-friendly pericervical exercise device. Participants consented by reading and signing the participation consent document, which outlined the study`s associated risks, the research objectives, and the procedures that would be carried out. Two subjects voluntarily withdrew from the study for unspecified personal reasons, and 10 subjects were excluded from the study due to failure to complete at least 50% of the workout protocol.
