SUMMARY

    COVID-19, the associated pandemic control measures, and changes in demand for health services in general also resulted in disruptions in the supply of helpline and telehealth services in mental health care. The changes in both the demand and supply of health services necessitated agile adaptation from the service providers, including in mental health. International studies have shown that the COVID-19 pandemic may have a silver lining by inspiring innovation that might be beneficial to healthcare services in the years to come. Empirical evidence is needed on the experiences of mental health service . . .
