  • future: As of the time of writing MS Access is still fully supported by Microsoft and there are no plans to retire MS Access in the foreseeable future. It was felt that if the processes associated with the document delivery service could be streamlined and/or partially automated in some way then this would free up the necessary staff time for both this and future projects.
