Cuproptosis-related gene signatures and immunological characterization in sepsis-associated acute lung injury

HIGHLIGHTS

• What: This study is the first investigation of CRGs in sepsis-associated ALI, and evaluated the differential expression of CRGs between normal individuals and patients with sepsis-associated ALI, with a systematic evaluation of the characteristics and mechanisms of action of these genes. The diseasesignature genes obtained from the model with the highest accuracy were used for subsequent analyses. The ROC curve results showed that all four models had an area under the curve (AUC) of 1.
