  • how: The authors introduced the basic principles of how nanobiosensor works for potential diagnosis. More importantly their results showed that this proposed method achieved a LOD of 5 fg/u03bcl in analyzing clinical TB nucleic_acid samples with a linear of 10-100 fg/u03bcl. No direct evidences for the clinical sample analysis were presented in this work which therefore still need further clinical sample validations . . .
