- what: To eliminate emerging contradictions, the authors conducted a review of sequences of orthobunyaviruses belonging to the Bunyamwera serogroup (available in NCBI GenBank) and determined their phylogenetic relationships in accordance with the current ICTV report nomenclature. The model with the lowest BIC score (Bayesian information criterion) was considered to best describe the substitution pattern.
