• What: The authors focus on a sharp interface schematization of the GC, and derive a semianalytical model considering the influence of Forchheimer effects on the propagation of plane GCs in an infinite domain. The authors seek a self-similar solution of the form H̃=N -1 T̃Φ(ξ̃ ), where ξ̃=X̃/T̃.
