Systemic Sclerosis (SSc) is a connective autoimmune disease characterized by progressive fibrosis of several organs and tissues, more commonly affecting women. This study aimed to define the presence of macrovascular damage in a cohort of SSc patients compared with a control group by the non-invasive measurement of arterial stiffness.
