HIGHLIGHTS

• What: This study aims to extend a predictive model using multimodal biomarkers to forecast cognitive decline and magnetic_resonance imaging (MRI) markers in the Aβ (+) and Aβ MCI populations. Under this assumption, the authors aim to enhance the understanding of the relationship between these features in aMCI and their respective implications for cognitive decline and MRI markers. In the analysis, the results with numerically continuous values were used.
