    PreviĀ­ ous research on detecting spatial structure and community detections using mobility data mainly applied network analysis (Jin et_al, 2021; Shen and amp; Batty, 2019; Wu, Smith, and amp; Wang, 2021; Zhong et_al, 2014). The heterogeneity of trip distribution can be seen as an indicator to reveal the discontinuity of urban functional space or the "border effect" of urban functional zones (Brown, Dar-Brodeur, and amp; Tweedle, 2020; Jin et_al, 2021).
