- What: Purpose: This study explores the factors influencing at Jago Coffee focusing on content marketing electronic word-of-mouth (E-WOM) and perceived quality as primary predictors. This paradigm aligns with the quantitative approach used in this research, where data is collected and analyzed to test the formulated hypotheses. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, where respondents are selected based on specific characteristics relevant to the research objectives.
