Developing analytical thinking through the use of maps in geography

• What: The aim of the study is to investigate the effects on students` analytical thinking of a learning activity based on the analysis of flowing waters represented on a hypsometric map. Student consent was obtained after informing them about the research objectives, the conditions under which the research is conducted, the requirements they need to adhere to, and after clarifying certain issues requested by the students.
