SUMMARY

    Unfortunately, to date, there are only a few internationally recognized models and tools for predicting in-hospital mortality risk in patients with TBAD. Grouping: All included patients were divided into survival and non-survival groups according to whether the patients with TBAD died in-hospital outcomes. Significantly more patients had pleural effusion in the non-survival group than that in the survival group {pleural effusion: non-survival group vs. survival group, P and amp;lt; 0.001}. A significant number of patients had pericardial effusion in the non-survival group compared to the survival . . .
