SUMMARY
Quantification of myocardial blood flow (MBF) and myocardial flow reserve provides a substantial advantage for diagnostic and prognostic evaluation of suspected or established coronary artery disease. The ultimate aim is to realize reference standards for validation and harmonization of absolute, multimodal MPI applications using physical perfusion models, i.e., hardware perfusion phantoms.
