SUMMARY
Job-search is considered as a developmental task for college students to move from campus to the workplace, and job-search behavior shows the level of engagement in their transition process (Dietrich et_al, 2012; Kim and Lee, 2021). Many are at the early stages of forming career goals, particularly those who lack the clarity of a predefined career trajectory or strong socialization influences linked to their degree subject (Powers and Myers, 2017; Rummel et_al, 2019).
