Scientists have conducted in-depth and systematic studies on wheat, corn, and soybean effects of enhanced UV-B radiation at home and abroad (Wagh and Nandini, 2019; Choi et_al, 2022), but there were few reports on the effects of UV-B radiation on pigmented potatoes.
