    Two of the most important behaviors have been outlined: delaying bedtime and get-up time during weekend days compared to weekdays, which is known as social jetlag; 2 of 9 extending their sleep duration during weekend days compared to weekdays, which is referred to as weekend catch-up sleep. Weekend catch-up sleep can be described as an extended duration of sleep during the weekend days compared to the weekdays. While Kang et_al observed an association between weekend catch-up sleep duration in adolescents and suicide attempts, as well as self-injuries, subsequent studies . . .
